International Cruise & Excursion Gallery, Inc. doing business as Our Vacation Center ("OVC") is the sponsor of these Sweepstakes ("Sponsor"). These Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and are void where prohibited by law.
These Sweepstakes are open to legal residents of the United States age 18 or older at the time of entry. Winners under the age of 21 must travel with a guest who is at least age 25. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, suppliers, and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
Grand Prize: a certificate redeemable for a 4-night Mexican/Baja cruise on Royal Caribbean International Cruise Line from Los Angeles, CA. Estimated retail values of the prizes will fluctuate due to consumer demand and industry price fluctuations. No substitutions for prizes are available unless the selected prize becomes unavailable from supplier, in which case Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for charges incurred in excess of this offer, including, but not limited to, gratuities, taxes, transportation, surcharges, and port and government taxes and fees. Prize reservations will be confirmed thirty (30) days prior to cruise departure, resort stay commencement, or tour start. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
Contestants may enter at www.sailice.com or at the registration table at the 2007 ICE Cruise & Travel Expo to be held at 10030 N. 25th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85021 between the hours of 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM Arizona Time. One (1) entry per person and e-mail address. Any use of agencies or robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, or agents will void all entries by entrant. The Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete entries or for any technical problems preventing or limiting the ability of an individual to participate in the Sweepstakes. All entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters related to these Sweepstakes. A single potential winner will be selected from among all entries received during the entry period. Winners will be notified by telephone, e-mail, or mail depending upon the contact information supplied by entrant. Any prize or prize notification returned as undeliverable will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in another random drawing.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper delay of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of impairment. Sponsor also reserves the right to eliminate all entrants found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Sweepstakes Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. Such authorized account holder is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
Winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) days of the date printed on notification or they will be disqualified. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner's name, prize won, voice, hometown, and likeness for purposes of advertising, trade, online, posting, promotion and publicity throughout all of OVC's loyalty channels without additional compensation. By receipt of a prize, the winner agrees to release and forever hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective officers, directors, employees, members, affiliates and agents from and against any claim or cause of action or injury, direct or indirect, whatsoever arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. All entrants agree to release and forever hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective officers, directors, employees, members, affiliates and agents from and against any claim or cause of action whatsoever arising out of any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes.
Except where prohibited, all issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Sweepstakes Rules or the rights and obligations of the entrants, winners, and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Arizona, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Arizona or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Arizona.
By entering the Sweepstakes, all entrants authorize OVC to market travel and travel related products to them through the use of e-mail, telephone, direct mail, and pre-recorded phone message solicitations and promotions.
